Delicious Chocolate Fudge Brownies Recipe

Dominic DeGrande, the South San Francisco Conference Center’s head of catering has a special recipe to share with you today. Enjoy the Chocolate Fudge Brownies recipe, one of our favorite!

Ingredients

How to make delicious chocolate fudge brownies:

  • 4 oz of chocolate fudge
  • 9 oz of melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsps of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3/8 cup of cocoa powder
  • 8×10 glass or metal container

Procedure

Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave & set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, a pinch of salt, and vanilla. Add chocolate and butter mixture into the egg and sugar mixture and mix. Sift in your flour and cocoa powder. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until fully baked.

Optional: cut and decorate to your liking.
